Keep track of what you find and where you found it
Don't cite anything before you thoroughly evaluate it
Be very aware that ANYONE can put ANYTHING online.

Taming Google:
Think of exactly what you are hoping to find.
Describe it to yourself. Write down the words you use.
Search using those words. Try different combinations.
The more specific, the better.
Long search strings are OK.
For example:
michelin = 21,000,000
"michelin" and "ratings" = 623,000
"michelin" and "ratings" and "chefs" = 299,000
"michelin" and "ratings" and "chefs" and "anxiety" = 37,100
"michelin" and "ratings" and "chefs" and "anxiety" and "bernard loiseau" = 37
