Finding and using books.
The books in the CHIC library are searchable in the online catalog or OPAC.

Search for books that can answer the questions you posed in steps 2 & 3.
Keyword searching is the most general of the searches.
Going to the shelves and browsing through books is a valuable exercise.
You may find nearly all, some, very little or none of the information you need in books.
For our sample paper, I don't expect to find entire books on "chef anxiety" or "Michelin anxiety."
There is the possibility that I may find those topics within books on broader subjects.
I did find something on Bernard Loiseau, The Perfectionist by Rudolph Chelminski.
