Search for books that can answer the questions you posed in steps 2 & 3

Keyword searching is the most general of the searches.

Going to the shelves and browsing through books is a valuable exercise.

You may find nearly all, some, very little or none of the information you need in books.

For our sample paper, I don't expect to find entire books on "chef anxiety" or "Michelin anxiety."

There is the possibility that I may find those topics within books on broader subjects.

I did find something on Bernard Loiseau, The Perfectionist by Rudolph Chelminski.
